Calculus
(Jingle Bells)
By Ryan Barlow, Class of 2003
Dashing through the halls,
On the way to Korpi’s class.
Every student calls,
“Am I going to pass?”
Korpi starts to sing,
As soon as we arrive,
“What fun it is to write and sing
About how to derive.”
(Chorus)
Calculus, Calculus, Calculus is great.
Oh what fun it is to find
The derivative of eight.
Calculus, Calculus, Calculus is great.
Oh what fun it is to find
The derivative of eight.
Finding rate of change,
Of a function .
We just found the range,
Now velocity.
Then it’s time to find
Acceleration, A.
If this stuff [don’t] fry my mind
I’ll see another day.
(Chorus)
Trying not to sleep,
So I con do the work.
Struggling not to weep,
Finding the jerk.
Now that class is done
I hope I’ll get an A.
Calculus I number one,
That’s all I have to say
(Chorus)
